                               RESOLUTION NO. 20856
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO CONTRACT 
                  WITH LITTLEJOHN ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES, INC., 
                  RELATIVE TO THE EXTENSION OF OVERLOOK DRIVE, 
                  FOR A FEE NOT TO EXCEED TEN THOUSAND, EIGHT 
                  HUNDRED DOLLARS ($10,800.00).
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to contract with 
       Littlejohn Engineering Associates, Inc. for the design and 
       preparation of plans for the extension of Overlook Drive from 
       Gunbarrel Road westwardly approximately 645 feet for a fee not to 
       exceed $10,800.00.
